NDPS Annual Audio
Visual Competition

Picture

The 5th NDPS Annual Audio Visual Competition was held on 27th March 2012. A total of nine sequences, covering a wide variety of interesting and in some cases quite thought provoking
topics, were shown during the first half of the evening. Following the interval the third, second and first placed sequences were re-screened and the winners announced.
The results were as follows:-
1st Place Jenny & Malcolm Gee  for 'Pearl of the Adriatic'
2nd Place  Kevin Appleton  for 'Stuck in the Middle with you'
3rd Place  Barry Corkindale  for 'Day at the
Races'
Many thanks to all those members of the Group who entered sequences, and helped to make the evening a success. It was good to see a
definite improvement in the overall standard.

Tuesday 8th May
"Pimp the Picture"

After recent visits this was going to be a quiet evening but hopefully a productive one - there certainly seemed to be a good deal of concentration going on by the members captured in Roger's shot!

New Group Exhibition

The first SCPG exhibition is being held at Woodbridge Library
(June 1st – 29th). Entrance is free. The exhibition reflects the differing  styles of the Group members, but also shows its shared commitment to excellence  in the work that it produces.

Suffolk Creative Photographic Group (SCPG) was formed in 2011,  with one of its main aims being to have a forward thinking and creative approach  to the art and craft of photography. Although a small Group, it has a growing
membership and includes both professional and amateur photographers.

See the Library website for opening times. You can learn more  about our Group by visiting  the SCPG website: www.scpg.co.uk
